This competition is part of the reSITE Festival (May, 21-27), which is an international event in Prague that is committed to exploring collaborative ideas that make cities more livable. It is about partnerships for a better urban future in Prague.
The Festival will be centered on a two-day conference and supported by dozens of independently organized events. The spotlight will be on the under-utilized riverfront, urban mobility and public spaces.
reSITE Festival, ARCHIP (Architectural Institute in Prague) andSkanska International invite professional and student designers, architects, planners, artists and to participate in an international design competition to propose a Conceptual Vision Plan and an Innovative Site Intervention for the River Vltava, in Prague, Czech Republic.
Competitors are asked to design an intervention that will become a premiere destination along the river Vltava.
